Charles Banks was born in a small rural Iowa town in 1972. Charles owes everything to his great parents Gerald and Sally Banks. Charles Banks is the father of three wonderful children: Chelsey (Donald), Peyton, and Katarina and grandfather of Orion Joseph. Charles has been married for over 20 years to the love of his life Stephanie Banks. Charles and Stephanie are both educators. Charles has been teaching for 16 years and has coached various sports.

Prior to Charles’ educational experience, he worked in the Industrial sector as a Manager. Charles graduated from Graceland University in 2004 with a BA in History and Secondary Education and has graduated from Grand Canyon University with two Masters degrees; MA in Secondary Education and an MA in Education Administration. Charles is currently working on his PHD in Educational Leadership. Charles’ life has been one of learning. Constantly searching for the truth. He was raised an Episcopalian and was later baptized within the Protestant faith. Charles believes in God, and loves his country.
